Kate Papkin: Sales to Management to Leadership

Welcome to Season 2 of Entrepreneurial Impact! On this week’s episode, David and Joe interview Kate Papkin - the current General Manager of KW Metro Center offices. Kate joined Keller Williams in 2016 as the Team Leader/CEO of the KW Metro Center Old Town Alexandria office. During her time as Team Leader, the office doubled in agent count, production, and profit. In 2018, Kate went through the rigorous application and training protocols to become a MAPS (Mega Agent Productivity Systems) leadership coach. In 2019, Kate was promoted to General Manager for all KW Metro Center offices.
