This week on Entrepreneurial Impact, David and Joe interview a very special guest, Josh Dukes! After 20 years in the military, Josh transitioned to a real estate career. Josh along with Bruce and Sharon Wasz began the Wasz Dukes Real Estate Team in 2016 with only four members. In just 6 short years, the team has grown to over 20 members including active agents, a leadership team, and an administrative team. Together, Josh and the Wasz's have established one of the top producing Real Estate teams in Virginia serving over 275 families in 2021 and on track to exceed that in 2022.
